MPL Conducts Annual ISPS Security Exercise at Hulhumalé International Terminal
To evaluate security procedures, coordination, and emergency response mechanisms.
Malé, 15 August 2026 – Maldives Ports Limited (MPL) conducted its annual ISPS exercise at Hulhumalé International Terminal, in collaboration with the Maldives National Defence Force, Maldives Customs Service, Hulhumalé Police, Hulhumalé Hospital and Maldivian Red Crescent.
The exercises were led by the Health and Safety Department and Security Department to assess the effectiveness of established security and safety procedures and the readiness of relevant personnel to respond to potential incidents.
