The Addu Gan Island project will establish a yacht marina and cruise terminal, benefiting from synergies with the nearby Addu Gan Airport.
Port Complex Building
The Port Complex Building will be a 25-storey, 20,000 sq ft structure, serving both commercial and residential purposes to enrich the urban landscape.
Hulhumalé Corporate Office Building
A 10-storey, 6,922 sq ft development, this office building will meet MPL’s commercial needs and house its corporate offices.
Oil Refinery
MPL plans to establish a refinery in Laamu Atoll or Ihavandhippolhu with an initial capacity of 5,000 barrels per day, supporting both bunkering and energy requirements.
Sea-to-Air Cargo Terminal
This terminal will transform existing facilities at Hoarafushi Airport to cater to the demand for sea-to-air cargo services from countries such as Bangladesh and Vietnam.
