MPL Holds Corporate Stress Management Training for Staff

Empowering employees with tools to manage workplace stress effectively

Male’, 20 May 2025 – Maldives Ports Limited (MPL) recently concluded a four-hour Corporate Stress Management training session, a key initiative by our Learning and Development Department to support the mental well-being of our employees.

The session was facilitated by Chief Learning and Development Officer, Ms. Aishath shimla, who guided participants through practical tools and strategies to help identify, understand, and manage stress in the workplace. Her expertise and empathetic approach created a safe and productive space for reflection and growth.

Through guided discussions and hands-on exercises, participants learned to:

Recognize personal and organizational stressors

Navigate stress mindfully and build emotional resilience

Apply practical coping techniques across various workplace scenarios
