Male (9th February) – DCP Retd. Mohamed Rishwan has been appointed as the new CEO of Maldives Ports Limited (MPL).

With a distinguished career spanning corporate leadership, institutional management, and strategic operations, DCP (Retd.) Mohamed Rishwan brings a wealth of experience from both the public and private sectors. His expertise in security consultancy, healthcare, and law enforcement positions him well to lead MPL into its next phase of growth.

DCP (Retd.) Mohamed Rishwan has held key leadership roles, including Deputy CEO of IGMH and Deputy Commissioner of Police, where he played a pivotal role in national security operations, counterterrorism strategies, and public safety initiatives. His operational excellence and strategic management will be instrumental in strengthening MPL’s vision.
