MPL and ALIA Investment Signed an MOU
To establish and operate a Yamaha Service Center in Kulhudhufushi
Malé, 15th September 2025 - Maldives Ports Limited (MPL) and ALIA Investments Pvt Ltd have officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish and operate a Yamaha Service Center in Kulhudhufushi.
The partnership brings together MPL’s infrastructure and facilities with ALIA’s decades of technical expertise in Yamaha products and marine services. By combining these strengths, the new service center will provide streamlined solutions, faster turnaround times, and enhanced support to the maritime community in the northern region of the Maldives.
This initiative marks another step in MPL’s mission to expand its service portfolio, strengthen partnerships, and support the Maldives’ maritime growth with sustainable and customer focused solutions.
