Male (7th August) - Maldives Ports Limited (MPL) has succesfully concluded the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of 2023. The meeting was attended by Deputy Minister Mohamed Anas, representing the Ministry of Finance, along with all board members. During the meeting, the Directors’ Report, Audit Report, and audited financial statements for 2023 were approved. In addition, dividends for the year and annual bonuses for employees were authorized. CEO Mohamed Wajeeh Ibrahim highlighted MPL’s upcoming projects, discussed the positive operational changes the company implemented over the past year to increase revenue, and shared details about ongoing initiatives and the company’s future vision.
